- place ads in the Real Estate Guide until your house is sold.
- phone all potential buyers with details of your listing.
- arrange showings for other REALTORS.
- contact you regularly with verbal update reports until your house is sold.
- review market activities with you.
- present and discuss all offers on your property.
- negotiate the transaction.
- confirm that all contingencies on the contract are completed.
- finalize the closing.
